2. Return the materials
- Customers bring back leftover panels, packaging, or pallets to the factory in Auvelais, Belgium at the agreed upon time.
- Quality check upon reception
- Each return is inspected for cleanliness, dryness, and conformity.
- Any mixed, wet, dirty, or damaged material is refused.
3. Validation & Redeem Code
- For every approved return, a GramiBack Redeem Code is generated.
- The corresponding value is automatically deducted from the next invoice.
Panels must be dry, clean, and waist free; We take full panels, as well as smaller leftovers !
Pallets must be complete and reusable;
Plastic must be sorted and free of construction waste.
Any material that is not conform to the above criteria will be refused.
We take back everything we put into the world, because every material has value.
