This session is aimed at architects and specifiers looking to incorporate a bio-based insulation into their projects, while keeping full control of the technical challenges involved.

The goal is straightforward: give you a clear, practical understanding of Gramitherm — real performance data, limitations, use cases and key watch points — so you can make confident decisions.

What's on the agenda:

1. Understanding the material Origins, manufacturing process, bio-based logic and positioning versus conventional insulation products. So you can quickly assess whether the product makes sense for your projects.

2. Evaluating performance — no marketing speak Thermal performance (λ, thermal lag), moisture behaviour, fire reaction, acoustics — with real advantages AND real limitations.

3. Knowing where and how to use it Typical use cases (roofing, walls, renovation, new build), favourable vs. unsuitable contexts, key points to watch during installation.

4. Anticipating on-site constraints Vapour management / vapour barriers, mould risks, behaviour against rodents, interfaces with other materials.

5. Understanding the economic reality Price ranges, contractor installation logic, impact on overall project competitiveness.

6. Real-world cases & feedback Technical details drawn from actual building sites, to move from theory to practice.

7. Q&A & open discussion Dedicated time for your questions and specific projects. You leave with directly applicable answers.
