❓ FAQ – Tender Pricing Gramitherm®

A tender price is a project-specific quotation that we prepare for tenders or large-scale projects. It takes into account volume, transport, and delivery planning, and therefore differs from our standard retail or pro prices.


Tender prices are intended for:

  • Contractors participating in tenders,
  • Prefab builders and industrial processors,
  • Architects and engineering offices preparing project budgets.

To prepare an accurate quotation, we need at least:

  • Project name and delivery address (postcode),
  • Required volume and thicknesses,
  • Requested delivery date (e.g. “1 October”),
  • Optionally: drawings or bill of quantities.

Transport costs are calculated separately, based on:

  • Number of pallets,
  • Delivery address and distance,
  • Any specific requirements (crane unloading, time slots, etc.).

Small adjustments (±10%) are usually manageable without impact.

Major changes may affect both the price and the delivery date.

Preferably 4–6 weeks before the requested delivery date, to allow sufficient time for production and logistics planning.

No. Tender prices are project-specific and already include the best possible conditions for that project. The loyalty bonus is not applicable on top of a tender price.  

As a standard, tender quotations are valid for 60 days. For longer periods (e.g. public tenders), extended validity can be agreed on request.
