Limit exposure to rain and moisture.
Maintain a healthy indoor climate through proper ventilation and heating.
Ensure airtightness of the insulated surface and its junctions.
Design junctions carefully to reduce thermal bridges.
the wall must be impervious to driving rain.
WALL HEALTY, STABLE AND VAPOR-PERMEABLE
Walls in good condition and vapor-open
WALL NOT HEALTY, STABLE AND VAPOR-PERMEABLE
Repairs required before insulation
