Return Policy

You have 7 calendar days after delivery to submit your request via our online form. After this period, no returns can be accepted, unless required by law.

Yes. Please inspect the panels together with the carrier and note any reservations directly on the delivery note. This step is essential to validate any future claim.

We only accept returns in the following cases:

• Verified quality defect,
• Dimensions or thicknesses outside the technical tolerances,
• Error in the type or size of product delivered.

Please include:

• The relevant batch number,
• Clear photos of the product and its storage location,
• Photos showing the issue in detail.

Our team will arrange the return at our expense and, depending on the case, organize either a replacement or a refund for the non-conforming product.

If, after analysis, the claim is unfounded, the costs of return transport and handling will be charged to the customer.

 The product must be:

• In perfect condition and fit for resale,
• Properly packaged and stored indoors, dry and protected from weather,
• On suitable pallets, without prolonged overloading (>150 mm).

Any damage due to improper storage (humidity, sun, mould, etc.) voids the right to return or replacement.

At Gramitherm®, no return is a waste.

All panels that are taken back are fully recycled and re-integrated into our production process, giving birth to new, fully compliant panels.
